A good restaurant, it is right on the Moselle cycle path. Nice and friendly service. The food there is very good and plentiful. When the weather is nice, you can comfortably eat and drink in the garden.

Nice garden with nice people and delicious food. It was my first time there and I had a salad that was tasty and filling. The beers are also perfectly tapped in 0.4l. The restaurant can be nicely combined from Trier with a short bike tour on the Moselle, which increases the recreational value immensely.

Intimate place, very familiar atmosphere , good food. The place is a hidden gem.

Great restaurant, with delicious dishes, sauces are freshly prepared not out of the pack. Great location on the Moselle, easy to reach by bike. The beer garden is also nicely laid out. Staff is friendly and responsive.

Everything was fine, Sunday afternoon, Resto outside completely full, but we got 2 seats. Service ladies always have an overview, super nice and find a solution for everything (soup to take away). Something is looking for his own kind. 100 points. Food very good. The only point of criticism: The cars drive very close to the tables facing the path .. maybe put up a Spanish wall.

First impression was a bit mixed, not necessarily positive. But we left with a good feeling from there. Eat something delicious and a lot, the sparkling wine from Margarethenhof exquisite and staff nice. And actually quite charming surroundings

After we have been visiting the Moselaner restaurant for years, it is high time for an evaluation. The quality of the food at the Moselaner is always, really always absolutely great. The price-performance is top and we have never been disappointed in taste. There is something for everyone on the menu, as well as for small and big hungers. There is always an additional daily recommendation on a slate plate, with dishes outside the usual menu. If you love tasty schnitzel, you've come to the right place. The atmosphere inside and outside is super nice. The owner herself is in the kitchen and personally prepares all dishes. The staff is very friendly and tried hard. As a guest, you immediately notice that there is a great working atmosphere and that the staff feel comfortable. We look forward to many more visits to the Moselaner.

Discovered by chance on a bike tour. Were 2 people and 2 dogs. Service very friendly and quick. Food was very good. We can recommend 100%.

Great taste, fast service, big portions, reasonable prices...

Perfect for a stop when you're out on a bike. Located directly on the Moselle. We had only sat outside so far. So inside I can't judge. Really great atmosphere outside. The food tastes great, the staff is extremely friendly. It is best to always reserve in advance, as there is often a lot going on.

Cosy place, a bit hidden, that serve typical german food. Recommended when good weather so you can enjoy the external garden. Unfortunately they accept cash only.

ONLY for GERMANS! Even if you speak German they do not attend you if you are not German. It happen to us today using the excuse the table was reserved for 30 minutes later. They took note, or simulate to do it, for our drinks, the only things we wished, and let us waitting for 30 minutes without serving the drinks while serving other tables with Germans, till people from reservation came, Germans, of course!! I would like to know their reaction it the same situation happen to them on their vacations to Spain!

DO NOT GO IF YOU DON'T SPEAK GERMAN! Turned up today after reading all the good reviews. Encountered the waitress who addressed us in German. I explained I didn't speak German, but would like a table for 2. At this point she started saying no. She ran off without explanation, ans left us outside. Next, out comes the manager who asks us what we would like. Once again I apologised for my lack of German (I already speak French, and a little Italian. I unfortunately don't have no time to learn a 4th language). The manager then grimaced, proceeding to tell us that they had no tables. This was a lie. It was very early evening, and was hot. The inside had a good 8 tables free, and the outside had 4 tables free, with one couple leaving a table as we approached. Notice that, they were ready to seat us until I mentioned my poor linguistics. I wouldn't dream of telling someone in the UK that I couldn't serve them because they didn't speak English. I would be called a Racist.

I really like this typical german restaurant. They have good tradicional foods and seasonal offers and it's not crowded because most of the time only the local people come here. The dishes are taste and huge and the place has a really good atmosphere. And the waitresses are very friendly.
